Have you ever considered serving on the New Town Residential Association Board of Directors, but think someone else is more qualified or likely to run?  Or maybe there’s someone in your neighborhood that you think would be a great addition to our team, ask them about running!

We still need applicants for the 2027-2028 election!

Remember that the health of your investment in New Town i.e., your home, is really impacted by the decisions the NTRA Board makes.

Consider the advantages of being a Director on the Board – it’s your chance to improve the community and apply those leadership and problem-solving skills that you’ve honed elsewhere. Board members learn about a wide range of issues affecting New Town and have the opportunity to build community and meet new people. With a new management company at the helm, the 2027 Board could use your fresh ideas for how to move our Association forward and take our community to the next level.

Applying is easy – send a one-page application to ntra.secretary@gmail.com with your:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Name of neighborhood
  • A brief bio showing your qualifications for being a Board Director
  • A short statement of why you want to serve on the NTRA Board of Directors

As they say “many hands make light work” … If jumping straight to a position on the Board seems like too big a commitment now, then consider other ways to volunteer in the new year for one of our NTRA Committees or as a PORCH volunteer. There are abundant opportunities to use your skills and help your neighbors.
