NTRA may remove or edit content within the Forum for any reason, at any time. NTRA is under no obligation to police or monitor the Forum, but will review posted submissions from time to time. NTRA may restrict the content of a certain Forum or Forums to a specific topic and limit the content posted to that Forum to the assigned topic. This shall include, but is not limited to, forums for classified type advertisements, offering of services or products, or the posting of fliers and business advertisements. Under no circumstances shall NTRA or its agents be held liable to any party for harm or damages that may be caused by any statement, comment, assertion or other utterance made in a Forum or elsewhere on the NTRA website.
