With the move to a new HOA management company for the New Town Residential Association, several features of the NTRA website (https://www.ntrawilliamsburg.org/home/) have been modified.

 

• The website Ticketing (Report an Issue) and Contact Us features have been disabled. All New Town resident inquiries should go directly to Associa Community Group, either by phone 757 873-1300 or email: astephens@communitygroup.com.  Requests can also be sent through the Associa owner portal - https://www.townsq.io.

 

• The website Pay HOA Assessments page has also been taken off line. Associa’s owner portal TownSq will be the source for payment information for future dues. Owners should access their account at https://www.townsq.io/ as explained in Associa's October 23, 2026 letter. There is also a TownSQ app that can be installed on your personal devices.

 

Over the weeks ahead, the NTRA Board will determine what other items on Associa’s technology may affect our website features, so stay tuned.
