A development of 14 townhomes is under construction at this location. This ABVA development will be part of the New Town Commercial Association (NTCA). The area is Block 18 of New Town Section 6 (Parcel 3911500012) – 4385 New Town Avenue. These townhome residences will form a new Northeastern boundary for New Town.
